Travel with Asplund Earth Alliance on an 8-day journey to Peru to plant trees in Machu Picchu National Park, explore the Sacred Valley, visit Rainbow Mountain, and hike the Inca trail.

Together with up to 10 people on a guided 8-day trip, you will travel as a group with bilingual guides. This exclusive, lodge-based journey combines the cultural richness of the Sacred Valley with a meaningful reforestation project inside the Machu Picchu National Park. Over eight days, you will explore Cusco’s most iconic archaeological sites, hike a section of the legendary Inca Trail, visit Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate, and immerse yourself in the landscapes and communities that define the heart of the Andes.

The Sacred Valley offers breathtaking views of snowcapped peaks, ancient Incan terraces, and the Urubamba River. Machu Picchu, a masterpiece of engineering and spiritual significance, reveals the extraordinary architectural and astronomical knowledge of the Inca civilization. This itinerary concludes with three days of cultural immersion in the northern mountains of Cusco, where you will participate in communit-based activities with local families. We take care of all of your meals, accommodations, in-country transportation, and activities during the week so all you have to do is show up .
